    QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES


    1.  Has the applicant been subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention, due to the conditions of his detention in Bacau prison?

     


    2.  Has there been a restriction on the applicants right to freedom of movement, guaranteed by Article 2 of Protocol No. 4 to the Convention? If so, was that restriction necessary in terms of Article 2 § 3 of Protocol No. 4?
