WHEREAS BY A STATEMENT LODGED AT THE REGISTRY ON 5 MAY 1975 THE APPLICANT DECLARED THAT HE WITHDREW HIS APPLICATION SINCE AN ARRANGEMENT HAD BEEN REACHED BETWEEN THE PARTIES ON THE PRINCIPLE, THE AMOUNTS AND THE COSTS;
WHEREAS BY A STATEMENT LODGED AT THE REGISTRY ON 16 MAY 1975 THE DEFENDANT STATED THAT IT AGREED TO THIS WITHDRAWAL;



CASE 133/73 IS REMOVED FROM THE REGISTER OF THE COURT .
