BY LETTER OF 28 JANUARY 1977 THE APPLICANT ASKS TO BE ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW ITS APPLICATIONS TO THE COURT . THIS REQUEST HAS BEEN SERVED ON THE DEFENDANT AND THE INTERVENING PARTIES WHO HAVE INFORMED THE COURT THAT THEY HAVE NO OBJECTION TO SUCH WITHDRAWAL . NONE OF THE PARTIES SEEK AN ORDER AS TO COSTS .
