"To summarise we are satisfied that: (a) the requirement for a full time music director had ceased; (b) Mr Halliday had been consulted; (c) he had been offered the only other employment available.
37. Therefore we are satisfied that in the circumstances the Cathedral had acted reasonably in treating that redundancy as a sufficient reason for dismissing Mr Halliday."
