    1. This is the judgment of the Court.
    2. We have considered the detailed written submissions of Mr Glennie QC seeking
    3. permission to appeal to the House of Lords and Mr Cordara QC who resists that permission. We are of the view that interesting issues of law arose. However we believe this is not an appropriate case for this Court to grant leave to appeal. We therefore refuse the application. It follows that the order can be drawn up as of the date when this judgment is formally handed down.
      Order: Application for permission to appeal to the House of Lords refused.
