"As a result of my inspection of the flat roof I can confirm that apart from a hole that has been cut in the brickwork of the front parapet wall and, what appears to be a recent application of a grey substance to the front roof gully area, I see no evidence of any other work having been carried out, certainly no new downpipe or hopper is visible."
