"There was no discussion with regards to the money being paid subject to a loan. As I have stated, the money aspect in my mind was being handled by my Father. I did not know how the money was going to be made available on completion and I did not discuss this aspect with my Father. Nor did I discuss it with Mr Smith, my solicitor, but I was certain that the money would be made available at the appropriate time as it was."
