REGULATION 29(3) CORRECTION

I hereby certify pursuant to Regulation 29(3) of the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults and Care Standards Tribunal Regulations the Decision of the 21st June 2005 is hereby corrected as follows:

(1) The reference in paragraph 52 to 9 days shall be corrected to read 10 days.

(2) The reference in the Order to 4/9ths will be corrected to read one half.
