Lynda Reed -v- Commission for Social Care Inspection [2006] 672.EA DECISION IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATION 33(1) -Before- His Honour Judge David Swift (Chairman)
1. The Appellant appealed the decision of the Registration Authority dated 3^rd February 2006 to refuse registration as a manager of a Domiciliary Care Agency.
2. By "Consent Application" dated 2^nd May 2006 received by the Tribunal on 4^th May 2006, the Appellant has signed a document withdrawing the appeal.
3. The "Consent Application" states that the Appellant accepts that her application, subject to the appeal, that there has been a material change of the relevant circumstances since the Respondent gave notice of its proposal to refuse her application for registration; that there should be no order as to costs, and that details of the withdrawal of the appeal should be published on the Tribunal's website.
4. Accordingly, in accordance with regulation 33(1), I dismiss the proceedings in this appeal.
5. Having considered Regulation 24, I make no order as to costs.
6. I direct, in accordance with Regulation 27(1), that this Decision be placed on the Tribunal's website.
