Summary:The Investigator varied IFI's decision. She found that section 37 applied to certain information contained in the record and that the public interest did not, on balance, favour its release. She annulled IFI's decision to refuse access to the remaining information which it had withheld on the basis of sections 30 and 32 of the FOI Act. She directed its release to the applicant.
