AN ACT TO AMEND THE ÚDARÁS NA GAELTACHTA ACT 1979 AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS. |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |
|||||
|
Amendment of section 28(1) of Údarás na Gaeltachta Act 1979. |
1.- Section 28 (1) of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act 1979 is amended by substituting "seven years and six months" for "five years and six months". |
||||
|
Short title and collective citation. |
2.- (1) This Act may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) Act 2010. |
||||
|
(2) The Údarás na Gaeltachta Acts 1979 to 1999 and this Act may be cited together as the Údarás na Gaeltachta Acts 1979 to 2010. |
