An Act to increase the aggregate of moneys that the National Tourism Development Authority may advance to enterprises and projects to which section 8 (1)(e) of the National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003 applies and for that purpose to amend section 24 of the National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003 . | ||

Be it enacted by the Oireachtas as follows: | ||

Amendment of section 24 of National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003 | ||
|
1. Section 24 of the National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003 is amended, in subsection (2), by the substitution of “€500,000,000” for “€300,000,000”. | ||
|
Short title | ||
|
2. This Act may be cited as the National Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Act 2022. |
