18/06/1923: HAY AND STRAW (MOVEMENT FROM GREAT BRITAIN TO IRELAND) ORDER OF 1922 - REVOCATION ORDER

(Dated 18th June, 1923.)

The Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in them under the joint operation of the Agriculture and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Act, 1899, and of the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling them in this behalf, do, with the concurrence of the Minister for Agriculture of the Irish Free State, hereby order:—

Revocation.

1. The Hay and Straw Movement from Great Britain to Ireland) Order of 1922, dated the 25th January, 1922, is hereby revoked as regards the Irish Free State.

Commencement.

2. This Order shall come into operation from the date hereof.

IN WITNESS whereof the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction have hereunto set their Official Seal this Eighteenth day of June, Nineteen Hundred and Twenty-three.
