| | To the Council of each Administrative County, and to all others whom it may concern :
|
| | WHEREAS by sub-article (3) of article 15 of the Schedule to the Local Government (Application of Enactments) Order, 1898, as adapted by the
Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922
, and the
District Justices (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1923
, it is directed that a County Council shall provide such accommodation and rooms, and such furniture, books and other things as may from time to time be determined by the Minister for Local Government to be necessary and proper for the due transaction of the business and keeping of the records and documents of a District Justice sitting in and holding a District Court :

| | NOW, THEREFORE, I, the Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers given to Me by the above recited enactments and of all other powers in this behalf enabling me do hereby order and determine as follows :—

| | 1. It is necessary and proper for the due transaction of the business and convenient keeping of the records and documents of a District Justice sitting in and holding a District Court at each of the places in each Administrative County which are set out in Column II of the Schedule to this Order opposite to the name of such Administrative County in Column I of the said Schedule that the Council of such Administrative County shall provide in each such place suitable accommodation and rooms, and furniture and books, and also make provision for the heating, cleaning and lighting of the said rooms.

| | 2. This Order may be referred to as " the Provision of District Courts Order, 1924 ".
