MEDICAL ACT, 1925 (FIRST CONTINUANCE) ORDER, 1926. | ||
WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 2 of the Medical Act, 1926 (No. 4 of 1926), that the Medical Act, 1925 (No. 2 of 1925), shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained therein, continue in force until the 21st day of August, 1926, and shall then expire unless further continued by an Order of the Executive Council made under the said Medical Act, 1926 : | ||
AND WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 3 of the said Medical Act, 1926 , that the Executive Council, if they so think fit, may by Order made before the 21st day of August, 1926, continue the said Medical Act, 1925 , in force for one month from the said 21st day of August, 1926: | ||
NOW, the Executive Council, in exercise of the power conferred on them by Section 3 of the Medical Act, 1926 (No. 4 of 1926), do hereby order as follows:— | ||
1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Medical Act, 1925 (First Continuance) Order, 1926. | ||
2. The Medical Act, 1925 (No. 2 of 1925), shall continue in force until the 21st day of September, 1926. | ||
