| | DATED 23RD DECEMBER, 1926.

| | I, the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs of the Irish Free State, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Telegraph Acts, 1863 to 1921, and of every other power enabling me in this behalf, do, by this Warrant made with the consent of the Minister for Finance (testified by his signing the same), order, direct and declare as follows:—

| | 1. This Warrant shall be read as one with the Telephone Regulations dated 31st March, 1921 (No. 707).
|
| | 2. There shall be charged and paid by the Subscriber a fee of five shillings in respect of the restoration by the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs of any telephone service which has been suspended or disconnected under the provisions of the Subscriber's Agreement with the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs.

| | 3. This Warrant may be cited as the Telephone Amendment (No. 1) Warrant, 1926.
|
| | 4. This Warrant shall come into operation on the 23rd day of December, 1926.
