| | I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section 3 of Section 47 of the Court Officers' Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows; that is to say:—
