The Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section (2) of section 104 of the Local Government (Dublin) Act, 1930 , does by this his Order, appoint the Fourteenth day of October, 1930, to be the appointed day for the purposes of the said Act. | ||
