THE PORTAL INSPECTION ORDER OF 1924, AMENDMENT ORDER OF 1931.

THE PORTAL INSPECTION ORDER OF 1924, AMENDMENT ORDER OF 1931.

(Dated 19th October, 1931).

[Extract from Iris Oifigiúil, November 3, 1931.]

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the joint operation of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every and any other power enabling him in this behalf, hereby orders as follows :—

1. From, and for a period of three calendar months after, the date of this Order, the place described in the Schedule to this Order shall be deemed to be a place of Inspection at Waterford Port in addition to the places at that Port described in the Portal Inspection Order of 1924, and the provisions of that Order shall be read and have effect accordingly.

2. This Order may be cited as " The Portal Inspection Order of 1924, Amendment Order of 1931."

Given under the Official Seal of the Minister for Agriculture, this Nineteenth day of October, Nineteen hundred and Thirty-one.

SCHEDULE.

The yard belonging to Mr. John D. Palmer situated at Parnell Street, Waterford, bounded on the North side by Parnell Street, on the South side by William Murphy's yard and Miss Triggs' garden, on the East side by Kelly's yard and Jackson's garden, and on the West side by the Technical School and Durand's yard.
