DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER 1927; VARIATION ORDER No. 39.

I PATRICK J. RUTTLEDGE Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), (as varied by Variation Order, No. 20), is hereby varied as follows, viz.:—

Delete the words " First and Third Monday, 12.30 p.m.," in Column 1, and insert in lieu thereof " First and Third Tuesdays, 11 a.m."

2. This order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order, No. 39), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1933.
