MILLING LICENCES (RETURNS) REGULATIONS, 1933.

MILLING LICENCES (RETURNS) REGULATIONS, 1933, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE, ON THE 23rd DAY OF JUNE, 1933, PURSUANT TO SUBSECTION (1) OF SECTION 31 of THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1933 .

WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (1) of Section 31 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may by order make regulations in relation to all or any of the following matters, that is to say:—

(a) the returns to be made by holders of milling licences:

(b) the times at which such returns are to be made;

(c) the forms in which such returns are to be made:

NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of Section 31 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, makes by this order the following regulations, that is to say:—

1. These regulations may be cited for all purposes as the Milling Licences (Returns) Regulations, 1933.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , applies to the interpretation of these regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. In these regulations—

the expression "the Minister" means the Minister for Industry and Commerce.

4. Every person who is the holder of a milling licence shall within the seven days next following the 30th June, 1933, make a return to the Minister in respect of the month of June, 1933, in the form set out in the schedule to these regulations, and containing the particulars specified in such form, and shall within the seven days next following the last day of each month subsequent to the month of June, 1933, make a return to the Minister in respect of each such subsequent month in the form set out in the schedule to these regulations, and containing the particulars specified in such form.
