CONTROL OF PRICES (SCHEDULED COMMODITY) (FURNITURE) ORDER, 1935. | ||
WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (2) of Section 3 of the Control of Prices Act, 1932 (No. 33 of 1932), that the Executive Council may by order under the said section declare any commodity of common use to be a scheduled commodity for the purposes of the said Act: | ||
NOW, the Executive Council, in exercise of the power conferred on them by Section 3 of the Control of Prices Act, 1932 (No. 33 of 1932), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:— | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Prices (Scheduled Commodity) (Furniture) Order, 1935. | ||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. | ||
3. Every commodity which is used as furniture is hereby declared to be a scheduled commodity for the purposes of the Control of Prices Act, 1932 (No. 33 of 1932). | ||
