No. 109/1936: THE NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE(APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1936. | ||
(APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1936. | ||
The Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 2 of the National Health Insurance Act, 1933 , hereby orders as follows:— | ||
1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the National Health Insurance (Appointed Day) Order, 1936. | ||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , shall apply to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. | ||
3. In this Order unless the context otherwise requires, the expression "the Act" means the National Health Insurance Act, 1933 . | ||
4. The appointed day for the purposes of the Act shall be the 14th July, 1936. | ||
