AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) (SCHEDULED FEEDING STUFFS) (No. 2) ORDER, 1936. | ||
WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (2) of section 90 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order under the said section declare that any article (not being already a scheduled feeding stuff) shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of Part VII of the said Act, and whenever any such order is made, the article to which such order relates shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of the said Part VII: | ||
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (2) of section 90 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:— | ||
1.—(1) This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Scheduled Feeding Stuffs) (No. 2) Order, 1936. | ||
(2) This Order shall come into force on the twentieth day of December, 1936. | ||
2.—The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923) applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. | ||
3.—It is hereby declared that any article in the preparation of which maize or any product of maize is used and which is in the form of flakes shall be a scheduled feeding stuff for the purposes of Part VII of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933). | ||
