I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Exported Live Stock (Insurance) Act, 1943 (No. 2 of 1943), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Exported Live Stock (Insurance) Act, 1943 (Appointed Day) Order, 1943.

2. The 1st day of May, 1943, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of the Exported Live Stock (Insurance) Act, 1943 (No. 2 of 1943).
