CREAMERY BUTTER (LEVY) ORDER, 1943 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1943.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Acts, 1935 to 1941, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Creamery Butter (Levy) Order, 1943 (Amendment) Order, 1943.

2. Article 4 of the Creamery Butter (Levy) Order, 1943, is hereby amended—

(i) by the insertion in paragraph (a) before the words " sold to the proprietor " of the words " made up in rolls and on butter, whether made up in rolls or not, which is ",

(ii) by the insertion in paragraph (b) before the words " sold to a purchaser " of the words " not made up in rolls which is ".

3. Article 5 of the Creamery Butter (Levy) Order, 1943, is hereby amended—

(i) by the insertion in paragraph (a) before the words " sold to the proprietor " of the words " made up in rolls and on butter, whether made up in rolls or not, which is ",

(ii) by the insertion in paragraph (b) before the words " sold to a purchaser " of the words " not made up in rolls which is ".
