		No. 195/1944: TOTALISATOR REGULATIONS, 1944.
		TOTALISATOR REGULATIONS, 1944.
		The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Totalisator Act, 1939 (No. 22 of 1939), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby makes the following regulations :
		1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Totalisator Regulations, 1944.
		(2) The Totalisator Regulations, 1930, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Totalisator Regulations, 1930 and 1944.
		(3) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1944.
		2. Regulation 18 of the Totalisator Regulations, 1930, is hereby revoked.
		GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Finance, this 9th day of June, 1944.
