		No. 171/1945: MINISTER FOR SUPPLIES (TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS) ACT, 1945 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1945.
		MINISTER FOR SUPPLIES (TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS) ACT, 1945 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1945.
		The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the Minister for Supplies (Transfer of Functions) Act, 1945 (No. 21 of 1945), hereby order as follows :—
		1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Supplies (Transfer of Functions) Act, 1945 (Appointed Day) Order, 1945.
		2. The 1st day of August, 1945, shall be the appointed day for the purposes of the Minister for Supplies (Transfer of Functions) Act, 1945 (No. 21 of 1945).
