LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1941 .

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health (in this Order referred to as " the Minister ") in exercise of the powers vested in him by sections 14 and 19 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , and of ail other powers in this behalf enabling him hereby orders as follows, that is to say :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Offices (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) Order, 1946.

2. Sub-article (2) of Article 3 of the Local Offices (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) Order, 1943, as amended by the Local Offices (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1945 shall be further amended by the substitution for the date " the 28th day of February, 1946 " wherever the said date appears in the said sub-article of the date " the 31st day of July, 1946 ".

3. This Order shall be read and construed as one with the Local Offices and Employments (Gaeltacht) Orders, 1928 to 1945 and may be cited collectively therewith as the Local Offices (Gaeltacht) Orders, 1928 to 1946.
