CHILDREN'S ALLOWANCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1946 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1946.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Children's Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1946 (No. 8 of 1946), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Children's Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1946 (Commencement) Order, 1946.

2. The Children's Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1946 (No. 8 of 1946), shall come into operation on the 15th day of April, 1946.
