TURF DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1946 (APPOINTMENT OF ESTABLISHMENT DATE) ORDER, 1946.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Turf Development Act, 1946 (No. 10 of 1946), hereby orders as follows—

1. This Order may be cited as the Turf Development Act, 1946 (Appointment of Establishment Date) Order, 1946.

2. The 21st day of June, 1946, is hereby appointed to be the establishment date for the purposes of the Turf Development Act, 1946 (No. 10 of 1946).
