AIR NAVIGATION AND TRANSPORT ACT, 1936 (PART X) (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1946. | ||
I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 86 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (No. 40 of 1936), hereby order as follows :— | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (Part X) (Appointed Day) Order, 1946. | ||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. | ||
3. The first day of February, 1947, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of Part X of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (No. 40 of 1936). | ||
