SUMMER TIME ORDER, 1947. | ||
I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :— | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Summer Time Order, 1947. | ||
2. The period of summer time appointed by the Summer Time Order, 1926, shall not be the period of summer time for the purpose of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1947. | ||
3. The period of summer time for the purpose of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1947 shall be the period beginning at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 16th day of March, 1947, and ending at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 2nd day of November, 1947. | ||
