I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 6 of the Clean Wool Act, 1947 (No. 27 of 1947), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Clean Wool Act, 1947 (Section 6) (No. 1) Order, 1947.

2. No person shall use in branding sheep any substance which is, or contains, tar, pitch or paint incapable of being removed by scouring.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 18th day of August, 1947.
