IRISH SHIPPING LIMITED ACT, 1947 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1947.

IRISH SHIPPING LIMITED ACT, 1947 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1947.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 13 of the Irish Shipping Limited Act, 1947 (No. 37 of 1947), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Shipping Limited Act, 1947 (Commencement) Order, 1947.

2. The Irish Shipping Limited Act, 1947 (No. 37 of 1947), shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1948.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 29th day of December, 1947.
