I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 456 of 1941), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of Section 5 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 ) (No. 14) Order, 1942 (Amendment) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of Section 5 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 ) (No. 14) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 361 of 1942), as amended by Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of Section 5 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 ) (Nos. 8, 11, 12, 14 to 16 and 18) Orders (Amendment) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O. No. 409 of 1947), is hereby amended by the substitution of the words and figures " the 29th day of February, 1948 " for the words and figures " the 30th day of June, 1948 " where the latter words and figures occur in that Order. |
