EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (AMENDMENT) (No. 1) ORDER, 1948. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Amendment) (No. 1) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 156 of 1944), is hereby amended, as on and from the 22nd of January, 1948, by the deletion, in Part I of the Third Schedule, of all matters contained in columns (2), (3) and (4) at reference number 2. |
||
