INFECTIOUS DISEASES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS, 1948 |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 29 of the Health Act, 1947 , hereby makes the following regulations :-- |
||
|
1. These regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Temporary Provisions) Regulations, 1948. |
||
|
2. Each of the diseases specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby specified to be an infectious disease. |
||
|
3. These regulations shall come into operation on the first day of March, 1948. |
||

Tuberculosis. |
||
|
Acute anterior poliomyelitis. |
||
|
Typhoid. |
||
|
Diphtheria. |
||
|
Para Typhoid A. |
||
|
Para Typhoid B. |
||
|
Typhus fever. |
||
|
