EMERGENCY POWERS (SACKS) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1948.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Sacks) (Revocation) Order, 1948.

2. The Orders mentioned in the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked as on and from the 23rd day of February, 1948.

3. Article 2 of this Order shall not affect the operation of Article 12 of the Emergency Powers (Sacks) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 391 of 1941) as respects sacks issued before the revocation of that Order.
