The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 4 of the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 46) Order, 1940 (Revocation) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 46) Order, 1940, is hereby revoked. |
||
|
