S.I. No. 160/1948:

HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (SECTION 45) (WICKLOW HARBOUR) ORDER, 1948.

HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (SECTION 45) (WICKLOW HARBOUR) ORDER, 1948.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 45 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby, after consultation with the Wicklow Harbour Commissioners, order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 45) (Wicklow Harbour) Order, 1948.

2. The Offices, under the Wicklow Harbour Commissioners, of secretary, harbour master and collector of rates are hereby amalgamated under the title of secretary.

3. Any reference in the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), to the secretary of a harbour, a harbour master or a collector of rates, under a harbour authority shall, in relation to the Wicklow Harbour Commissioners, be construed as a reference to those offices as affected by Article 2 of this Order.
