INFECTIOUS DISEASES (AIRCRAFT) REGULATIONS, 1948 (SPECIFIED AREAS) ORDER, 1948. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-article (4) of article 6 of the Infectious Diseases (Aircraft) Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 136 of 1948 ) hereby orders as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Aircraft) Regulations, 1948 (Specified Areas) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are hereby specified to be specified areas for the purposes of article 6 of the Infectious Diseases (Aircraft) Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 136 of 1948 ). |
||
|
