SMALL DWELLINGS ACQUISITION ACT, 1899 (MAXIMUM SUM) (No. 2) ORDER, 1948. |

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 38 of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1948 (No. 1 of 1948) hereby orders as follows :-- |
||
|
1. The Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899 (Maximum Sum) Order, 1948, is hereby revoked. |
||
|
2. The maximum sum for the purposes of subsection (1) of section 38 of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1948 , shall be two thousand pounds. |
||
|
3. This Order may be cited as the Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899 (Maximum Sum) (No. 2) Order, 1948. |
||
|
