I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (No. 2 of 1939) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations:-- |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1945 (Revocation) Regulations, 1948. |
||
|
2.--(1) The Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1945 ( S. R. & O. No. 225 of 1945 ), are hereby revoked. |
||
|
(2) On and after the making of these Regulations the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 ( S. R. & O. No. 169 of 1939 ), shall have effect as if the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1945 ( S. R. & O. No. 225 of 1945 ), had never been made. |
