LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MINOR OFFICERS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948. |

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of Section 8, Section 9 and paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 19 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , hereby orders as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Minor Officers) (Amendment) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. The Local Government (Minor Officers) Order, 1943, shall be amended by the addition to the Schedule thereto of the following offices in a District Mental Hospital or Auxiliary Mental Hospital. |
||
|
Charge Nurse (Male). |
||
|
Charge Nurse (Female). |
||
|
Deputy Charge Nurse (Male). |
||
|
Deputy Charge Nurse (Female). |
||
|
