PROHIBITION FROM SCHOOL ATTENDANCE (NOTICES) REGULATIONS, 1948. |

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) hereby makes the following regulations :-- |
||
|
1. The notice referred to in Section 48 of the Health Act, 1947 , shall be served either by delivering it to the parent of the child, or by sending it by post in a prepaid registered envelope addressed to such person at his usual place of abode. |
||
|
2. These regulations may be cited as the Prohibition from School Attendance (Notices) Regulations, 1948. |
||
|
