I, PATRICK McGILLIGAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Exchange Control Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 394 of 1947 ), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows : |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1948. |
||
|
2. The Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 395 of 1947 ), is hereby amended-- |
||
|
(a) by the deletion of the reference to the Faroe Islands in the Third Schedule, |
||
|
(b) by the addition to the Fourth Schedule of the following--" 25. Faroese Kroner," |
||
|
and the Exchange Control Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 394 of 1947 ) shall have effect accordingly. |
||
