		S.I. No. 66/1949: FORESTRY ACT, 1946 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1949.
		FORESTRY ACT, 1946 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1949.
		I, JOSEPH BLOWICK, Minister for Lands, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of Section 1 of the Forestry Act, 1946 (No. 13 of 1946), hereby order as follows :--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Forestry Act, 1946 (Commencement) order, 1949.
		2. The first day of April, 1949, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Forestry Act, 1946 (No. 13 of 1946), shall come into operation.
