I, JOSEPH BLOWICK, Minister for Lands, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of Section 1 of the Forestry Act, 1946 (No. 13 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Forestry Act, 1946 (Commencement) order, 1949. |
||
|
2. The first day of April, 1949, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Forestry Act, 1946 (No. 13 of 1946), shall come into operation. |
||
|
