EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 123) ORDER, 1941 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1949. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 123) Order, 1941 (Amendment) Order, 1949. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 123) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 518 of 1941), shall cease to apply to yarns or rovings, made wholly or partly of wool or worsted or made wholly or partly of wool and worsted and consisting of three or more single yarns or rovings twisted together which are otherwise than on bobbins, cheeses, cones, cops or spools, imported on or after the 28th day of June, 1949. |
