INFECTIOUS DISEASES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1949. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947), hereby makes the following Regulations :-- |
||
| Definition. | ||
|
1. In these Regulations, the expression " the Principal Regulations " means the Infectious Diseases Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 99 of 1948 ). |
||
| Amendment of Article 27 of Principal Regulations. | ||
|
2. Article 27 of the Principal Regulations shall be amended by inserting after the word " influenza " the words " primary pneumonia." |
||
| Citation and Construction. | ||
|
3.--(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Amendment) Regulations, 1949. |
||
|
(2) These Regulations shall be construed as one with the Principal Regulations. |
||
|
